Additionally because Pilates has strong ties to Yoga, it can strengthen your mind and body connection by encouraging you to quiet your mind and focus on your body and breathing.
Program Details:
We will be offering both Mat and Reformer Machine Pilates Classes! Here is a little break down of each style!
Mat Pilates:
Mat Pilates classes typically take place on an individual yoga mat where the exercises are executed with only your body weight or with some accessories such as resistance bands and pilates balls.
Reformer Machine Pilates:
Reformer Machine Pilates classes make use of a Reformer Machine to carry out the exercises. These machines allow you to more easily customize your workout experience by utilizing the machine to either make things more mobility friendly, or to challenge yourself by adding additional weight for strength training.
