Have questions before you hit the dance floor? Find answers right away to some of the questions we get the most from curious dancers!

Do I have to be "in shape" before starting classes?Not at all! You don’t need to be in any specific shape to start a dance or pole class. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace. You'll grow stronger and more skilled with each class, so come as you are and enjoy the journey

What should I wear to class?Dance/Gymnastics Classes: For dance or gymnastics classes, wear something comfortable that allows for full movement. Leggings, yoga pants, or shorts paired with a fitted top or sports bra work great. Bare feet or dance shoes are usually fine, but check if your class has specific footwear recommendations. Just make sure you feel comfortable and ready to move Pole Classes: For pole class, it’s best to wear something comfortable that allows for movement, like shorts and a tank top or sports bra. The more skin exposed, the better your grip on the pole! Avoid lotions or oils beforehand, as they can make it harder to grip

Do I need to bring anything to class?-Water (water available for purchase) -Towel for all classes -Yoga mat for stretching (Not required but recommended) -Knee pads (Knee pads available for purchase at the studio) -Pole grip (Grip available for purchase at the studio)

Are their age restrictions for classes?Our classes are open to all ages! Whether you're new to dance or pole or have some experience, we welcome everyone to join. For specific classes such as our adult classes, you must be a minimum age of 18. If you’re unsure about the age groups for specific classes, feel free to ask, and we’ll guide you to the best fit for your goals

Do you accept drop-ins?Yes, we do accept drop-ins for most of our classes! However, for pole classes, we do require reservations in advance to ensure we have enough spots available. Be sure to book your spot ahead of time so we can guarantee space for you

What happens after my first trial class?During your first trial class, you'll be introduced to the basics in a fun and welcoming environment. Our instructor will guide you through beginner-friendly moves and help you get comfortable. After class, we'll chat about your goals and help you create a class schedule that works best for you. We’re here to support you every step of the way and ensure you’re on a path that fits your needs and goals

Can I get a refund?Please note that all purchases are final sale, and we do not offer refunds once the credit has been activated. However, if you need to cancel a class reservation, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, your credits will remain available for 30 days, and you can reschedule for a future date. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out

What if I am late or miss class?If you arrive late, we offer a 10-minute grace period to ensure you can safely join the class and prevent injury. However, if you miss a class without canceling in advance, your credit for that class will be forfeited. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you can't make it, so we can assist you

How can I change or cancel my membership?If you need to change or cancel your membership, please email us directly. Our team is here to assist you and will guide you through the process. We want to ensure everything is handled smoothly, so don’t hesitate to reach out

Are classes filmed?Yes, classes are filmed to celebrate your growth and milestones! However, participation in filming is completely optional, and it’s not required for you to take part while we’re recording at the end of class. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so you can choose whether or not to be included
