Studio Policies

At our dance studio, we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all our students. policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone, including guidelines on attendance, behavior, and payment. We encourage open communication and ask that all students and parents familiarize themselves with our policies to help us maintain a respectful and supportive community. Thank you for being a part of our dance family!

Late/Cancellation Policy

For the safety and respect of all students, participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of class will not be permitted to join the session. This policy helps ensure that everyone receives proper instruction and warm-up, which are essential for preventing injury. We encourage you to arrive early to settle in and prepare for class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Students must cancel or reschedule their classes at least 24 hours in advance online through the app.

If a student fails to cancel or reschedule within this time frame, a $10 late fee or no-show fee will be charged to their account. Leaving a phone message or email is not a valid method of canceling.

Class Credits Policy

Expiration: All class credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase or issuance. Any unused credits will automatically expire after this period.

Non-Transferable: Class credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual they were assigned to at the time of purchase or issuance.

No Refunds or Exchanges: Class credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or future credits.

 

Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel your reservation less than 12 hours before the class or fail to attend, the class credit will still be deducted.

 

Extenuating Circumstances: Extensions may be granted only in rare cases and at the discretion of management, with proper documentation.

By purchasing or using class credits, you agree to these terms.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, students can join the waitlist through our booking system.Once notified, students will have a set time (8 hours) to confirm their spot. If not confirmed within this period, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list. If you are no longer available to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others the opportunity to join.If you are enrolled in a class via the waitlist and fail to attend without canceling, a no-show fee will apply.

Dance Class Code Of Conduct

  1. Please place any personal belongings in the cubby.

  2. Please silence and put away your phone. If you must take a call, please step out of the dance room.

  3. Find an open spot on the floor for warm up. 

  4. Challenge yourself, but also listen to your body. If you need a breather or a water back feel free to take them at your own pace!

  5. Videos and Phots are only permitted once your instructor has given verbal permission for students to do so.

  6. We do not allow anyone to watch or audit a class. Only those enrolled and participating in class can be in the pole room.

  7. When your class is complete, gather your things and exit the dance room. This allows the next class to begin on time.

Pole Class Code Of Conduct

  1. Please place any personal belongings in the cubby.

  2. Please DO NOT WEAR JEWELRY, LOTIONS/BODY OIL, they are a safety hazard.

  3. Please silence and put away your phone. If you must take a call, please step out of the dance room.

  4. An instructor must be present on the dance floor before students are allowed to enter the dance area.

  5. Use a crash mat any time you practice new aerial skills. Ask for a spotter when practicing new inverted moves.

  6. Challenge yourself, but also listen to your body. If you need a breather or a water back feel free to take them at your own pace! If a certain move or position is causing excessive pain, do not push yourself too hard, ask your instructor for help or modifications to perform the move comfortably.

  7. Videos and Phots are only permitted once your instructor has given verbal permission for students to do so.

  8. We do not allow anyone to watch or audit a class. Only those enrolled and participating in class can be in the pole room.

  9. When your class is complete, gather your things and exit the pole room. This allows the next class to begin on time.
