🎟 Class Credit Use & Expiration
-
Standard Credit Expiration (Non-Membership):
All class credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase or issuance unless otherwise specified.
Any unused credits will automatically expire after this 30-day period. -
Membership Credit Rollover (Members Only):
Membership credits operate on a rolling cycle.
Any unused membership credits will roll over for one additional 30-day cycle, allowing members up to 60 days total to use their credits before expiration.
After the additional 30-day rollover period, any remaining unused membership credits will expire. -
Non-Transferable:
All class, workshop, and special event credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual they were purchased or issued to. -
No Refunds or Exchanges:
All class, workshop, and special event credits are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, other services, or future credits of any kind.
⏰ Cancellation Window
-
Classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalties.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
⏳ Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Waitlist Policy
-
A late cancellation is defined as canceling a class within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
-
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled class without canceling in advance.
Waitlist Policy:
-
If a student accepts a waitlist spot and then cancels late or does not attend, standard late-cancel or no-show policies apply.
-
Accepting a waitlist spot counts the same as booking a class directly and is subject to all cancellation and attendance policies.
❌ No-Show Fee – $10
If a client:
-
Cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time, or
-
Does not attend the class (no-show),
Then:
-
The class credit is forfeited, and
-
A $10 no-show fee is automatically charged.
This policy exists to protect class availability and ensure fairness, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other students from booking available spots.
To maintain consistency, this policy applies equally to all students, including memberships, class packs, and drop-ins.
📆 Same-Day Reschedule Option – $5
If you need to reschedule a class within the 24-hour cancellation window, you may:
-
Pay a $5 same-day reschedule fee
-
Transfer your class credit to another eligible class
-
Avoid the $10 no-show fee
Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed before the original class start time.
🔄 Buy-Back Credit Option (Add-On Option)
If you miss a class and a no-show fee is applied, you may choose to recover that missed class for just $5 more.
-
The original $10 no-show fee still applies
-
For an additional $5, you may:
-
Convert the missed class into a Buy-Back Credit
-
Use that credit within 30 days of the original class date
-
Rebook any eligible class
-
In total:
The $5 Buy-Back add-on allows you to reclaim a missed class at a significantly reduced cost compared to purchasing a new drop-in.
