🗓 REGISTRATION & REHEARSALS

Registration Deadline

🗓 August 31st, 2026

Registration will close to allow time for:

• Finalizing casts

• Scheduling rehearsals

• Costume planning

• Music editing

• Stage & production organization

• Final production logistics

Each performance piece must meet the minimum enrollment requirement to move forward.

🎭 REHEARSALS

Each performance piece will receive:

• 3 rehearsals

• 1.5 hours per rehearsal

• Rehearsals scheduled every other week

✨ Rehearsals will begin in September 2026

✨ Updated rehearsal dates and times will be released after registration closes.

✨ All currently registered performers will automatically remain enrolled.

💰 PARTICIPATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1: Active Membership Add-On

Continue your current membership while adding showcase participation.

• 4 & 8-Class Members — $80 per performance piece

• 12-Class & Unlimited Members — $50 per performance piece

Showcase participation fees will be charged after your registration form has been submitted.

Option 2: Dynamic Elite Access Membership

$299/month

The ultimate membership for performers. You can upgrade for September & October. You can return to your original membership rate in November.

All other students:

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES

• Showcase registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If a participant withdraws after registering, no refunds or credits will be issued.

• Performance pieces are subject to 5 minimum enrollment requirements. Pieces not meeting minimum participation may be adjusted, combined, or removed.

• Final rehearsal schedules, casting, and group assignments will be released after registration closes.
