We’re so excited to officially announce our February In-House Dance & Pole Showcase, and we can’t wait to create something incredible with you on stage!

Below you’ll find all the important details, including registration options, rehearsal info, pricing, and show day logistics. Please read through carefully before registering.

Doors Open: 5:30 PM
Showtime: 6:00 PM

🎟 Ticket Pricing

• Pre-Sale: $12

• At the Door: $15

📅 REHEARSALS

• Each performance piece will have 3 rehearsals

• 1.5 hours per rehearsal

• Rehearsals meet every other week

• Tentative rehearsal Sundays between January 18 – February 22

• Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, February 28 (show day)

We will be releasing a tentative rehearsal schedule once registration opens.
Please note: if certain performance pieces do not meet minimum enrollment, the rehearsal calendar may adjust and some pieces may be removed.

Exact rehearsal times and group assignments will be finalized once registration closes on January 11th.

📝 REGISTRATION DEADLINE

January 11

Registration closes on January 11 to allow time for scheduling and finalizing pieces.
Each performance piece requires a minimum of 5 participants to move forward.

💰 PARTICIPATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1: Active Memberships

Continue your regular membership for January & February and add showcase participation at a discounted rate:

• 4 or 8-Class Members: $80 per performance piece

• 12-Class Members & Unlimited Members: $50 per performance piece

Once we receive your completed online registration form, the showcase add-on payment will be charged to the card on file.

⭐ Option 2: All-Inclusive Membership (Dynamic Elite Access Membership)

• $299/month (January & February)

• Participants may upgrade their current membership or enroll in this membership for the showcase. Discounted and grandfathered rates will be honored, and beginning in March, memberships will revert back to the participant’s original honored rate. 

• Unlimited classes

• Unlimited showcase participation (join as many performance pieces as you’d like)

• Includes Open Pole / Studio – Self Training Hour

• No additional performance fees

• This option offers the most flexibility and value, allowing you to fully train, rehearse, and perform without limitations. In addition to rehearsals, performers can use Open Pole / Studio – Self Training Hour to practice and refine routines each week.🕺 Open Pole / Studio – Self Training Hour:

• Wednesdays at 5:45 PM & 6:45 PM

• It’s the perfect way to start your New Year strong — stay consistent with your fitness goals while preparing for the showcase. You may enroll online and submit payment in replacement of your regular membership. Please email us directly after enrolling so we can adjust your account.

Option 3: Showcase-Only (Non-Members / Outside Students)

• Designed for participants who do not currently hold a membership

• Pay the full showcase fee upfront based on number of pieces selected

• Covers all rehearsals and showcase participation for January & February

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Solos and duets are welcome

• Instructors may invite students they feel are ready

• A professional photographer and videographer will be present
  (Participants will receive special access/discounts for showcase media)

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES

• All showcase registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable

• If a participant withdraws after registering, no refunds or credits will be issued

• Canceled or paused memberships will lose discounted or grandfathered rates
  Re-enrollment will be at current pricing
