In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of pole silks, learning how to incorporate fabric into your movement to create fluid, graceful shapes and transitions. We’ll guide you step-by-step through beginner techniques, building confidence as you explore this unique fusion style.

• Leggings or bottoms that cover behind the knees
• A fitted top (sports bra or tank recommended)
• Avoid lotions or oils before class for safety
